Rather than telling young people who they should become, we create the space for curiosity, conversation and exploration. We help them ask bigger questions, discover new possibilities and develop a vision that is genuinely their own.

We also know that no young person succeeds alone. Behind every thriving young person is a network of people who believe in them — families, educators, mentors, employers, community members and role models who help them see possibilities they may not yet see for themselves.

We help young people through guided conversations, community engagement, industry partnerships and real-world experiences to develop the confidence, capability and ownership needed to take meaningful action toward their future.

School Programs

Dynamic interactive group sessions integrated with the Western Australian curriculum, fostering personal growth, confidence, social skills, and academic engagement. Delivered at schools across Perth.

Individual Mentoring

Personalised one-on-one coaching and mentoring tailored to each young person's unique goals, challenges and aspirations, conducted in community settings outside the traditional school environment.

Private Group Program

A tailored group program for organisations, youth services and community groups — bringing the VisionWorks™ methodology directly to the young people you work with.

Parent Support Workshops

Practical, interactive workshops equipping parents with the communication tools and insights to actively support their child's growth and future vision.

Professional Development

Training for educators and youth professionals to enhance their skills in youth engagement using the VisionWorks™ methodology to strengthen engagement and mentoring outcomes.

The 10-week VisionWorks journey
